Ribnovo is a small village located in the heart of the Rhodopes mountains, a land of legends. Its inhabitants are mostly slavic muslims with christians ancestors and to this day, they continue to follow old traditions with multiple influences. But the real noticeable thing in Ribnovo, are its women. More visible, more numerous, and working on all sorts of tasks, they seem somehow to maintain the heart of this not so small community…
